= 2 ml essential oil |

Body Splashes
Body splashes are invigorating sprays that have a variety of uses. They can uplift or relax, stimulate or tone, depending on the essential oils used. Don't use these splashes however if you have sensitive skin.
| Ingredients: |
| Spring water | 500 ml |
| White Wine Vinegar | 100 ml |
| Vodka | 10 ml |
| Lavender | 5 drops |
| Sage | 5 drops |
| Lemon | 5 drops |
| Rosemary | 5 drops |
| Peppermint | 5 drops |
| Grapefruit | 5 drops |
First blend the essential oils together.
Add them to the vodka and shake well.
Leave them to settle, then add the vinegar.
Pour the whole mixture into 500 ml of spring water and again shake well.
Finally, pass the liquid through a paper coffee filter.
The longer you leave the essential oils in the vodka and vinegar mix before adding the water, the stronger the scent will be.

| Pettigraine | 3 drops |
| Lime | 2 drops |
| Geranium | 1 drop |
First mix the essentials oils from the selected formulation and pour them into 70 ml 100% proof Vodka, stirring slowly but long enough to ensure complete dispersal of the oils.
Leave the mixture to stand for about 2 days and then add 30 ml of spring water.
Stir the mixture slowly but thoroughly. Leave to stand for at least another 2 days.
The fragrance will be stronger if you leave the mixture to mature for about four to six weeks.
Finally, pour the liquid though a paper coffee filter and bottle. If you find the aroma too strong, the eau de cologne can be further diluted by adding more spring water and mixing well.
