- Aromatherapy massage involves the application of essential oils which are extracted from plants and have a wide range of therapeutic uses. Only the highest quality oils are used, and each client has a blend specially prepared for their massage. Choose either a full body massage for the ultimate in relaxation or a massage to relieve a particular condition. Many disorders can be helped with aromatherapy including migraine; menstrual problems; sinus trouble; skin conditions; sleeping difficulties; nervous, digestive and respiratory disorders, and muscular and joint problems, plus many others! - Back, neck and shoulder massage - ½ hour $50
- Registered Massage Therapy
- A specialised form of traditional full body massage carried out by a Registered Massage Therapist which relieves stress and tension in the muscles. This treatment is often covered by insurance plans.
- Full body RMT massage - 1 hour $85
- Full body RMT massage - 1½ hour $115
- Back, neck and shoulder RMT massage - ½ hour $55
- Hot Stone Massage - 1¼ hours $120
- Deep penetrating heat with smooth heated stones relaxes the muscles quickly, allowing the body to receive a deeper therapeutic massage. The heat of the stones and their healing energy will bring you to a new level of relaxation.
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - 1¼ hour $85
- A specialised gentle and flowing massage that stimulates the lymphatic system in order to detoxify the system and strengthen the body's defence mechanism. Excellent for stress control. A wide range of conditions can also be successfully treated through MLD such as oedema, cellulite, premature ageing, skin problems, migraine, rheumatic and arthritic problems.
- Reiki - 1 hour $75
- An ancient form of healing and balancing. Energy is transmitted through the healer's hands to assist in releasing energy blockages in the body.
