A valid major credit card or gift card/certificate number is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel any single service(s)a la carte appointments. Please understand that you will be charged 25% of each service price if you cancel without the minimum notice.
- If you must change, reschedule or cancel any spa or couple’s packages please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Missed appointments without the proper notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the reserved service(s).
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Please keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next guest may begin their service on time.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
- For groups of 3 or more, any services not cancelled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment times and any no-shows will be charged the full-service price (100%) to the credit card used to secure the appointments.
