Before you arrive

We ask that you call ahead and make an appointment before arriving at the Spa. Please do not bring any large bags with you as we cannot store them. You will keep your coat with you.

When you arrive

Please use a hand sterilizer on entry. We may ask you some health questions and then take you straight to your treatment area.

We will be adhering to social distancing guidelines at all times. If your treatment area is not yet ready, we will ask you to wait in our reception area. Please observe our social distancing rules.

We ask that all Clients wear a mask whilst at the Spa

Safe social interaction

We will only book one client per staff at a time.  We will allow extra time in between clients to clean and disinfect.

Couples treatments may be restricted, since we must ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times both for our clients and our staff

If you have accompanying relatives or friends, we advise you to ask them to wait in the car. If you travel by transit, you must wait outside until we call you in.

Please do not bring your children to an appointment.

Personal hygiene

All our Staff must wash their hands before and after each treatment.

Staff and clients must wear masks within the spa.  Staff may also be wearing a face shield during a treatment.

Our staff will use gloves during your treatment which will be discarded after use

All towels, drapes and blankets will be changed and laundered after each client.

Please, no handshaking or personal contact except when during a treatment or procedure.

Environmental hygiene

Our treatment rooms, equipment and instruments have always been disinfected and/or sterilized between clients.  We will now, additionally, disinfect all shared surfaces such as door knobs, bathrooms, and other areas of the spa through-out the day and after each use.

Please notify us if you are sick so we can re-book your appointment. 

Returning travelers from abroad must not book an appointment immediately. We prefer for you to wait two weeks before booking your appointment.
