  • RMT Massage

Traditional Massage which promotes relaxation by relieving stress and tension in muscles. This massage is carried out by a Registered Massage Therapist and may be covered by insurance. Please note that we are unable to provide an RMT receipt when paying by gift certificate. An official RMT Reciept will however, be provided when your RMT massage is paid by cash, credit or debit card.
  • Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage performed by a Registered Massage Therapist using the body cushion support system provides a number of benefits. It can ease muscular tension and discomfort in the lower back, neck and calfs, reduce swelling in hands, feet and ankles, and lesson sciatic pain. Pregnancy massage helps with relaxation and can improve sleep by increasing blood and lymph flow, which in turn helps with the elimination of toxins from the body, which also helps fatigue.
  • Hot Stone Massage

Deep penetrating heat with smooth heated stones relax the muscles quickly and allows the body to receive a deeper therapeutic massage. The warmth of the stones provides a new level of relaxation.
  • Relaxation Massage (Swedish Massage)

A relaxing and gentle massage is often known as Swedish Massage. One of the primary goals of a Swedish massage is to relax the body, but it also oxygenates the blood, helps the lymph system remove toxins, improves circulation and increases muscle range and flexibility. If you have tighter areas where you want more focused attention, please discuss this with your therapist. Relaxation massage is performed by a certified esthetician, not an RMT
  • Reflexology

The ancient art of massage using the pressure points on the feet is now clinically proven to influence the body's own healing mechanisms. Many disorders can be helped including migraine, menstrual problems, sinus trouble, skin conditions, sleeping difficulties, nervous, digestive and respiratory disorders, and muscular and joint problems.
