Privacy & Security
We make every effort to respect and protect your privacy.
A valid major credit card or gift card/certificate number is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel any single service(s)a la carte appointments. Please understand that you will be charged 25% of each service price if you cancel without the minimum notice.
- If you must change, reschedule or cancel any spa or couple’s packages please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Missed appointments without the proper notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the reserved service(s).
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Please keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next guest may begin their service on time.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
- For groups of 3 or more, any services not cancelled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment times and any no-shows will be charged the full-service price (100%) to the credit card used to secure the appointments.
Returns & Replacements
We will accept returns on items for any reason within three weeks of purchase on unopened unused products only. In this case you are responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us as well as any shipping costs due to us sending an item in exchange. If a return causes your order to fall below our free shipping threshold, our standard shipping charge will be deducted from any refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any complaint regarding a problem with your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damaged merchandise etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of your parcel.
Damaged Parcel or Defective Merchandise
We will replace any defective item as well as any item damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us. Damaged items must be returned to us in the original package with original packing materials. We will cover the cost of shipping for the returned merchandise.
*Any complaint regarding a problem with your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damaged merchandise etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of your parcel.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any product this must be reported to us within 48 hours of use. We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. Please note that a doctor's note and or photos may be required.
*Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card account
Prices / Currencies / Taxes / Duties
All shown prices are in Canadian Dollars.
HST applies to purchases made by residents of BC, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Other Canadian provinces pay only GST. Neither tax applies to purchases made by US or international residents.
HST Rates are currently 13% in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, 15% in Nova Scotia and 12% in British Columbia. Other provinces use GST at 5%
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. If you refuse the items at the time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added.
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us. There are no restocking charges for unclaimed parcels. If you would like the order to be re-shipped, standard shipping rates for your destination will be charged.
Occasionally we may experience a product shortage resulting in us being unable to fulfill an order. In this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped asking if you would like to wait, cancel the item, replace the item or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel items from your order is they become out of stock, discontinued, or backordered.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We reserve the right to cancel any order where the price on the product was posted by error.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined and under no circumstance are allowed to result in a refund owing to the customers (a discount greater than product cost).
