At The Spa At Ancaster, we believe in fairness and transparency when it comes to tipping. All tips that are received will be distributed among the staff without any deductions, so the full amount that you give will go directly to the employees who provided your service.
While tipping is always appreciated, it is entirely voluntary. Clients should feel free to tip at their discretion based on the service they received.
